Returns

Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must meet the general requirements as follows:

  • It is within fourteen (14) days from placement of order
  • In case of damaged item(s), it must be within 24 hours of receiving the delivery
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, delivery note)
  • The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original, unopened packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it
  • All sealed items must not be opened
  • Must not be from a volume discounted order

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase (order number, invoice, delivery note).

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    How to Return

    To return your product, you should mail your product or come down personally to the following address:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Alternatively, it is advisable to send your item down personally to our office.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If your return is approved, then a full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 working days.

    Cancellation of Orders

    If you have a change of mind and wish to cancel your order, we will allow for the cancellation of your order and process a refund if you notify us within 24 hours upon placing the order. However, volume discounted orders are excluded and non-cancellable.

    Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@ledcity.asia.

    Sale Items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and it is subjected to stock availability. If you need to exchange it for the same item, drop us an email at sales@ledcity.asia and send your item to:
