Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver the goods within 48 hours upon receiving your order, provided that the products you ordered are in stock at the time of purchase.

Shipping Rates

LEDCITY FREE Shipping

We provide FREE shipping for orders that are above S$100. FREE shipping is to Singapore addresses only. For international orders, please provide us with your FedEx / UPS / DHL / TNT account so that we can ship the item(s) to you via your desired shipping mode.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information and send you a shipping confirmation email upon delivery of your item(s).

Alternatively, you can check the status of your order by logging in to your account. If your order has been fulfilled, your order details will be updated with a tracking number and URL.

Self Collection 

If you opt for self collection, please call or email us at sales@ledcity.asia with your order number and indicate the date and time you will be coming to collect your item(s). Your item(s) will then be reserved and has to be collected within 7 working days.
